Information and purposes
We collect adult account and contact details to manage accounts, registrations, support and notices. For athletes, we collect names, birth dates and applicable uniform selections to organize registration, eligibility and fulfillment. A parent or guardian may provide relevant allergies, health notes, accommodation needs and emergency contacts for safe participation. Share only information needed for the program; do not send complete medical records or payment credentials in free-text fields. Tell emergency contacts that you have supplied their details.
We also process selected programs and merchandise, cart and order records, discounts, amounts, payment status, installment schedules, accepted document versions and permission choices. Stripe processes payment credentials through its payment service. Our application uses payment references and transaction records; do not send us card numbers or security codes by email. Website providers may process technical access and security information. Optional analytics or advertising, if approved and activated, are described in our Cookie Notice.
Recipients
Our registration technology uses Supabase for database/authentication, Stripe for payments, Postmark for transaction messages and Vercel for hosting. ActiveCampaign is integrated for contact/event automation; its permitted uses and activated workflows are . Google Analytics and Meta are optional integrations, subject to the choices and restrictions described in the Cookie Notice. Historical Google Cloud records require.
Program partners, assigned staff, fulfillment providers and emergency responders may need limited information for their duties. We may also respond to valid legal obligations or protect rights and safety where permitted. Choices, retention and requests
Marketing email, promotional media use and any SMS program have separate choices. Refusing optional marketing does not prevent necessary registration messages.
